This service is provided by the ABCP to assist individuals and organizations requiring primary source verification of an individual’s certification status Names of individuals currently certified by the ABCP are available to the public

Note: ABCP ID must be exactly the same as the ID number that ABCP has assigned to you The leading zeroes (if any) must NOT be omitted If you don't remember your ABCP ID, please contact the ABCP office

Upon successful completion of the certification process, the new CCP will receive an official communication from the National Office as well as a physical certificate A database of all current Certified Clinical Perfusionists is available on the ABCP website

The due date for a Professional Activity Report is determined by the ABCP cycle number assigned at the time of certification: Cycle one (1) must file professional activity from July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2026 Cycle two (2) must file professional activity from July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2025

By acceptance of the certificate, the holder agrees to return the certificate to the ABCP upon demand Presentation and display of the certificate are permitted only when it is current and valid
