For what it is worth, my ACDsee Ultimate 2025 on a Windows 11 Pro 24H2 system gets at least 3 to 4 hours use, sometimes much more, nearly every day, and crashes here are extremely rare

Changement de PC 11-18-2024, 07:44 AM Bonjour, Je m’apprête à changer de PC et je m’inquiète sur la façon de transférer mon ACDSee depuis mon ancien PC vers le Nouveau J’ai bien cherché sur la documentation ACDSee mais le processus listé ne m’éclaire pas trop J’ai cherché également sur le forum sans trouver de correspondance

I've got it on Windows 11 - no installation issues with 2023, 2024 or 2025 Occasionally 2025 laucnhes slowly - seems to do nothing, then appears afte a moment or two Can you check Task Manager and close any instances that are running in the background, then try launching it again There may be a delay - don't double-click it again Does this allow you to launch it?
- Lost the photos already in a folder i was importing into.
Copy a single JPG photo into that folder, and then in ACDSee go to Tools Options Manage Mode and in the Default start folder section set the Home Folder to the ACDSeeStart folder That way ACDSee will always start on that one folder and the same known file That can both reduce the start up time and make the start more reliable
