Are you sure the driveshaft bolts arent rubbing e-brake pads? If its an Allpro style, those pad plates can be pretty close to the bolts Where is the play in the t-case? Did you put a gear set in the t-case? Did you clearance it yourself? You might check the oil to see if its got metal in it
