To troubleshoot, I brought the AX1800 back to the main house and connected it to the Gateway using a different cord right next to the Gateway The Gateway picked it up and assigned an IP, and everything seemed good Sort of suggests that there is nothing wrong with the router in AP mode Looks like the cable link to the AP is the issue

What actual router did you buy? AX1800 is a speed I'd start by factory resetting it Push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while its powered on That'll get you to the defaults login password Default login: admin default password: password when you first login with those, it'll ask you to change the password and setup the password recover feature

Wired connections to AX1800 not working I've got an AX1800 connected to my Nighthawk mesh network cannot get anything to connect via the LAN ports on it WHY?!?!? Before I 'upgraded' to this mesh system, I had a WN2000RPT that was connected to a WNDR3700v5 that worked all the time, every time
