- Opinions on the 8 inch Weber Signature Ceramic speakers?
I´ve read that Weber Speakers are the best way to go for Champ-style amps, and I´d like a fuller sound from my amp (not necessarily louder The stock speaker has a SPL of 93db) What are the main differences between the Signature 8 and the Signature 8S, besides the former being warmer and grittier? - Alnico Speaker Comparison: Celestion Blue vs Weber Blue Dog
The Weber is a flatter simpler sounding speaker compared to the Celestion Blue, with a bit darker voice than the Celestion Blue, and not as swirly three dimensional There's nothing wrong with the Weber Alnico Blue Dog, but if you want a Celestion Blue, the Weber is not going to get you all the way there
