Hi BronwynHamster , normally that message indicates that the file of that name is missing or damaged MYOB uses Excel template files to create the report On my computer the spreadsheet templates are stored in C:\Users\<myloginname>\Documents\MYOB\AccountRight\Current\Reports\Spreadsheet Can you check and see if the file exists on your computer, and it can be opened? (just double-click on it)

The Export to Excel button is grayed out if AccountRight doesn’t detect a compatible version of Microsoft Excel installed on that computer (2010 or later) when it’s being installed

I run both the desktop AccountRight app and give access to our Finance team to our online MYOB Business app The problem they are having with the online Business reports is as follows: Trial Balance Doesn't have Debit and Credit columns options like the AccountRight report, only has the YTD Debit and YTD Credit columns
