Hi @user_44e629 Can you clarify what you mean by activation time? Do you mean that there is a 30-second delay when activating the siren, or do you mean that the siren itself is active for 30 seconds when it's turned on?

Problems getting live view working I've got a problem wherein in the camera's device health says it's fine, but when I try to do a live view, is just shows "Activating Device ", and never completes Eventually it gives up and shows a button to reconnect If I click that, the same thing happens If I reset the network connect it works fine, but after a few days this problem shows up again

Hi, I am having an issue with the floodlight cam I can see it on the app, set it up, and turn lights on off and play the siren But ,every time when I click on the live view, it just says "activating device" and times out I don't see any video whatsoever The signal on the device is good, states RSSI -59, firmware is up to date What else could be going on?
