Even without the controversies rocking Activision Blizzard, they focus on big games and the profit potential is relatively small for them - Music licensing: The Activision Classics on PSP at least had a soundtrack that was licensed back in the era of Activision doing lots of music games, and having to re-license is probably a non-starter

With Atari 50, acquiring berzerk, M-Network games and intellivision games, what is the likelyhood of acquiring the rights to publish games like Pitfall or any other of their classic titles? I don't know how this sort of thing goes though i gather it's complicated
