Bookmarks can be disabled in paid Adobe Acrobat Pro, but not in FREE Acrobat Reader Change your "Initial View" so that the bookmarks pane is no longer shown by default You do this by opening the document properties (Ctrl-D or Cmd-D), then go to the Initial View tab You can now turn off bookmarks by changing the "Navigation Tab" setting

The weird thing about this problem, is that the printer doesn't print, only when using Adobe Acrobat Reader to print PDF files, and not with Microsoft Edge or Foxit Reader
