Re: Advantis Credit Services Advantis were on my case for an alleged tax credits overpayment, they sent endless letters and txts I sent a single letter back saying HMRC were unable to provide a breakdown or statement showing how they'd arrived at the figure allegedly overpaid, then ignored the rest as there was little else left to say

Hello Clearly someone must have instructed them to contact you for a particular debt so if you aren't willing to give them any shred of information then you are in a catch 22 situation Either you wait it out and the person or company who instructed Advantis will either issue legal proceedings against you and if they don't have your current address then you could end up with a County Court

Advantis 18th February 2025, 11:23:AM Firstly thank you for accepting me onto the forum , My son has a letter from Advantis yesterday about legal fees debt , this court case was at least 10 years ago ( more likely 12 years ago) he has no contact with anybody since and no letters , out of the blue this letter was put through the letterbox
