You dont really need a chart for this 99% of your fills that need original packaging will be aggrenox, dabigatran, prasugrel, and the antivirals and of course nitro! Other stuff will be so rare that youll read the printout or alerts or whatever on the fly anyway I have seen brilinta go either way depending on who im working with Jan 26
