Hello, Today I received back my blood test and all came back well except I had an elevated ALT level of 79 when the normal range is 9-46 Im a 22 y o male, 213 pounds at 5'7", and while most months I do not drink at all, in November I had drank two 100 proof nips, at two different times, and a Good solo-cup and a half of cider and fruit with a moderate to heavy amount of 66 proof liquor in it

Hello men, as the title says I got back some annual blood work today and my ALT has gone from normal range of 45 (test range says 0-60 is normal) a year ago to 89 today AST is consistent and normal at 35 Bilirubin, AL, albumin, and total protein are all in normal range I am 41, bmi is approx 32 (down from 35!), not diagnosed but possibly prediabetic and have slightly elevated cholesterol
