What are your thoughts on Altoids? I’ve been trying to cut out most added sugar, but having a tough time with the Altoids I started eating them when I quit smoking, and they became a bit of an obsession I know each one has about 1g of sugar, but over a day that adds up! Thoughts?

Like extremely weak altoids I don't think they actually freshen breath at all, but if you just like minty tasting things then they're fine The little tins make great pill boxes for a purse though, my ibuprofen always would magically pop open these don't
