So I'm just curious if any of you guys have had experience with buying anything renewed on Amazon, and if this would be "excellent" or if I'm just too nitpicky The phone did cost $330 for excellent condition, whereas good is usually only about $270, and acceptable is near $250 which is the condition in which scratches on screen would be present

Why is Amazon blatantly lying about damaged or used goods when the items I sent back were still sealed in original manufacturers packaging? And the end of the email they specifically said " However, the number of refunds for items received in a damaged condition in your account exceed the expectation " Damaged? These items were factory sealed!

Amazon's philosophy is that the "bar is always raising" meaning they trim the fat by removing who they think is the bottom tier employees to make room for new employees who "raise the bar " I've heard the URA rate being 5-6% This means that 10% are put in LE every year and about half of those employees are fired
