I have been unable to find any more of the original brake fluid that I have used since the car was new in 1970, and I want to find out from the experts what brake fluid to use in my original 1970 TR6?

I have read about the different types of fluid D O T 3,4, Silicone 5 and Silicone 5 1 The Triumph specifications say use DOT 3 I also received a email from a Triumph owner and he said that the Silcone would not seal well but it would not hurt your paint! Would you please submitt the question to the 6 Pack discussion list
