i need some help, I lost all my decks in ankiweb today (25 07 2025, midnight) after doing a one way syncing from desktop to web I saw an article in the forum that it is possible to restore

Hi! I have been studying on AnkiWeb on my iPhone I wanted to switch to my Laptop again, but I cannot sync the progress I made on my phone as AnkiWeb on my Laptop shows a different version than AnkiWeb on my phone So I cannot sync the new data to Anki Desktop I am 100% sure it is the same account It would be really nice if there is any idea how I can save this problem and not lose the progress
