Here is the trick guys, have multiple epic games accounts, open a first ticket, and note down the ticket number, once you have done that open a live chat on another account or same, the pointis get yourself in a live chat, I think it is limited per account or per IP adresse im not sure, give them the ticket number and ask them to assist you and
