The captured screenshots are silently saved on your (not remote) PC On Windows you can grab them at ?:\Users\XYZ\Pictures\AnyDesk in PNG-format (with names like anydesk00000 png, anydesk00001 png, etc ) I wish the app showed a kind of popup notification when a screenshot was being captured

Just have the same issue, and found out that the Ctrl+Alt + Del was disable in Anydesk>Settings>Security>Permission Profile After check the box, disconnect and reconnect and now this option is enabled
