    I'm tracking all of my calories using an app called FatSecret and I've noticed i'm eating around 1550-1650 calories, with my macros high in protein and carbs, and low on fat According to most calculators online my BMR is around 2156 calories, and my TDEE is estimated at around 3200 (not sure if this is accurate)
