This actually happened to me when ArmyIgnited took over I had to call customer support and what they told me was that my goArmyEd account didn’t transfer correctly to ArmyIgnited so they had to manually transfer it for me

Was never able to get ArmyIgnited working - school couldn't see me in the system etc, SNOW tickets sat unresolved last year for months and were bulk-closed by education officer with generic form response and no resolution hence the two semesters of ETPs

If you want to do lump some you can just go through the school itself and make a payment if you don’t want it to come out of your LES, I would tell the advisor and also the armyIgnited advisor so they can put that you’re doing it yourself If it was me I’d just do the deduction, you can choose how many months you want to pay it off in and adjust the price that way There’s no interest
