I'm trying to explore east into Siberia but cannot get any expeditions started because 'No locations available to start constructing the exploration' Can anyone help me out with this? First time that I'm having trouble trying to figure out what something means in this game

The Problem is, When I launch the game, I immediately get the message: "New update available Please update via game launcher " What I've Tried (Unsuccessful) I have already attempted the following fixes: Scanned and Repaired the game files via the launcher settings Run the game and the launcher as an administrator Restarted my PC multiple times
