When opening some PDF files stored on Onedrive, Adobe Reader (latest version) switches to the Print dialog The PDF is not opened If I print and save a new PDF at that point, the new PDF opens How can this be fixed?

If I double click to open the file from an email, it crashes and then I can't open a pdf file even if it is saved to a directory! I have to open the task manager, close all background processes (acrobat collaboration synchronizer, acrobat licensing service and acrobat files) and the open it from the directory Can anyone help?
