Page 17 seems to be referencing ownership structure and maybe its just a typo but it seems to imply that BEP is 39% public and 61% parent while BEPC is 39% parent and 61% public Wouldn't this difference in ownership and float potentially have very large implications for future returns?

From my understanding BEP is a L P (limited partnership) so it is taxed differently, you get a K-1 and gains and losses are passed thru to the individual investor BEPC is the same company but organized as a corporation so it’s taxed just like normal stocks BPY and BPYU are also like that BAM the parent company of all these symbols, has done this change to add liquidity and make it easier

I have BEPC in my TFSA I am wondering about the merits of selling BEPC and buying BEP UN In my view, I am able to get ~40% more shares for the same price, which will mean 40% larger dividend payouts Since this is in a registered account, I don't have to worry about the distribution vs dividend tax implications either What are your thoughts?
