I recently completed my CA guard handgun cards here in the Sacramento area, as of the 21st last month and am wondering if anyone knows approx what the turn around time is for BSIS currently
- BSIS armed without hard-copy of Guard Card?
My BSIS firearms permit just came in the mail But the hard-copy of my Guard Card is expired My company already sent in the renewal fee, and the online database shows I'm vaild though 2010 Can I work armed with:

Will BSIS approve a badge design that uses a "STATE OF CALIFORNIA" seal? Not the official "GREAT SEAL OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA" My business partner is taking the exam in a couple weeks and I've been working to design our badges and patches in anticipation of his passing I have a patch design that I'm sure will be approved

I walked into the Central Cashiering Office today and submitted my CA firearm permit renewal to BSIS I paid cash so there's no waiting for a check to clear this is my first time renewing my firearm permit
