BTF District Agree to Transfer M O U A Memorandum of Understanding (M O U ), which streamlines teacher transfers, was overwhelmingly approved by the BTF Council of Delegates on the recommendation of the Executive Committee The M O U , similar to one approved last year that worked well for teachers, was created February 6th when BTF
