For the last couple of days I have been unable to access navy websites such as Bupers online or NSIPS I keep getting the same message of the websites unable to provide a secure connection regardless of the search engine I use Google, IE, Firefox Opera etc Has anyone else been dealt with same problem or knows a way how to fix this?

BUPERS is the Bureau of Personnel, and their instructions generally apply to the whole Navy, but strictly from a personnel standpoint I'm not sure how much that means outside of Admin rates
