I was with USAA for banking since 2013, but was considering switching banks in mid-2023 There's nothing *wrong* with USAA's banking platform - solid bank, but not much in incentives to stay there Interest rate sucks (like it does with most brick mortars), no great features, etc I checked Ally and then heard about SoFi

I personally like banking with SoFi the best except for the reported low Zelle limits but the very fast ACH transfers help make up for that But I'd say if you're banking activity is pretty 'normal consistent' I wouldn't be surprised if you had a great experience banking with Ally

Seeing as it's purely online banking, I'm imagining I'd need to use ATMs for pulling cash from EverBank which may limit the total withdrawals I can make at a given time, unless they operate like a CU and work in a shared network with physical banks?
