Secure checking is not a second chance account It has included benefits including early direct deposit and cashiers checks and money orders I believe overdrafts are not allowed on secure checking while on Chase they will charge you a fee for each one I don’t see why paying a fee for overdraft would put it ahead as you should not be over-drafting It does not provide for personal checks
