I went to the Meijer website in my browser (I used Safari) After I attempted a login on the website, the login screen there had a button that said something like "unlock account " It then made me reset my password, and suddenly I was able to log in both on the website and my app! I've tried everything I can to fix it

FINAL UPDATE: Someone posted a link to a news article, here, where it explains that they've apprehended someone who they believe was the ringleader in selling mPerks account information online They believe it stemmed from a data breach from different platforms, then cross-referenced to the Meijer website

Okay, a little background I'm an mPerks member and I lost access to the email I created my account with It was a university alumni email account and the university deactivated it earlier this year I was able to update my email address online (laptop), but I know the email address can't be changed on the app

I had a ton of coupons, probably about $10 that I clipped before my trip today and absolutely none of them were applied after entering my mPerks phone number It registered my number and everything so l don't know why they weren't applied Would going to customer service do anything?

For example, in mPerks section of the Meijer App I claimed a $30 off coupon and it’s sitting the in the claimed section I then built a cart for delivery and when I go to checkout there doesn’t seem to be a way to actually put the claimed reward into the cart Any advice would be appreciated here Thanks in advance!
