Here is my experience with Barrett's Worlds Apart and the Parallel Self power; I am on NG+6 Parallel self is at 9 I did the main playthrough including Worlds Apart, acquiring all 24 powers From NG1 to NG6 I have gotten the Parallel Self temple 6 times from Vlad and 3 times from Barrett's Worlds Apart I am skipping the main quest on each NG
