Here is my experience with Barrett's Worlds Apart and the Parallel Self power; I am on NG+6 Parallel self is at 9 I did the main playthrough including Worlds Apart, acquiring all 24 powers From NG1 to NG6 I have gotten the Parallel Self temple 6 times from Vlad and 3 times from Barrett's Worlds Apart I am skipping the main quest on each NG

Then Barrett has a conversation with his alternate universe self However, if Barrett was the one who died during the "High Price to Pay" mission, then as far as I know, there's no way to get that power on that playthrough

The barrett meal plan is required with barrett housing I’m pretty sure If you dorm in barrett it would make sense to get the barrett meal plan or else you wouldn’t be able to eat at the barrett dining complex There is vista del Sol and the main barrett complex Vista is for upperclassmen and the barrett complex if for freshman usually
