Binnys has seedlip and Ritual, plus some other things But the average cost is $30 or so, which is as expensive as most of the booze I buy I would look into vinegar based alternatives; look into not only shrubs, which are fruits preserved in vinegar, but also basic cider vinegar and other vinegar’s that have good flavor

I've gotten 8 Binnys whiskey store picks and 1 Armagnac store pick, out of those I would say 1 was exceptional (JDSBBP), 2 were good (Buffalo Trace and Starlight VDN finished rye), 4 were ok (JDSB, Yellowstone, High West oloroso Sherry finished bourbon, and the Delord Armagnac), and 2 were disappointing (High West rum finished bourbon and New Riff bourbon) I've gotten 5 r bourbon picks, 2
