Well, the original Blackstone pizza oven works pretty well with a passive stone on top and a rotating one on the bottom In addition, the rotating stone greatly reduces the "Ooni Effect", where the same side of the pizza is incinerated by the direct flame unless you turn the pizza every 15 seconds

Saw this at walmart it is a BS oven with no side panels (I didn't like them anyway) and a smaller front panel $597 the one with the panels is $799 ($200 for sheet metal and a peel ??)
