Received this email from DTS this morning, apparently was not supposed to stay in a hotel as barracks lodging was arranged for this week-long school How will this play out? Will I be responsible for paying out of pocket? I followed guidance from my leadership and was unaware we were supposed to stay in the barracks on base

DTS is by far a change that occurred during this time that needs to be changed First how was this ever even conceived to be a good idea? We give soldiers a Citi credit card that they are told to use for travel expenses when ordered to travel by the military and that the military will pay the card once complete
