Im at 5 week on sl 5x5 My weights getting harder but i have a problem with squat Im doing high bar squat so deep but when i do im having buttwing and i cant perform excersise as 10 10 i read (stronglift how to squat) and this guy doing low bar squats and teaching it So i can easly do low bar squats because when i bent over i dont really having buttwing and struggling to keep my body up
