So there's this paved perfect circle of roadway, almost 300 feet in diameter at the centerline, off the 127 between DV Junction and Shoshone It's paved like a highway perfectly round, with evidence of repairs and several yellow center lines painted on it Like well, like a highway!

from what i understand, you would need to transfer ownership at CA DMV and pay the necessary reg fees up front, then they give you a temporary moving permit until the truck can be smogged what sucks about CA smog is how strict this state is, and the freaking smog check stations are linked to DMV so if it fails, they know it

I was just out of state last week and saw a billboard that goes something like CA has a tax of $1 55 (or something) extra per gallon vs 66 and 58 cents in AZ and TX It was an advertisement to move out of state Btw, cents are made up as I don’t recall but pretty sure I remembered $1 55 for CA is accurate hence our state gas prices per gallon
