Now you have almost 5 hours left Even accounting for arriving back at CDG 2 hours prior to departure (which is too much, in my opinion, airports always overestimate the time), I'd say you'd have 2-3 hours to walk around If you're landing at 8:15 and have 7 25 hours, I'm assuming your departure is at 3:30?

I have 3 hours between landing at Charles de Gaulle airport and grabbing the TGV in Terminal 2 Do I need to exit the airport through customs and baggage claim and reenter the airport to get the TGV in Terminal 2? If so, how long does that take? Does anyone have experience with this?

As seasoned Paris travelers have mentioned above, taking a taxi from CDG into town is way less hassle than trying to connect with an Uber 1) the taxi is a fixed rate You know you will pay 56€ or 65€ depending on whether you are going to Right Bank or Left Bank 2) the taxi line is much easier to find once you have exited Customs
