Is there a way by which I can get a list of CIK of all registered stocks at the SEC?

Walt Disney Co -> CIK is 0001744489 , and seems to be the official one, but only contains 2019, 10-K WALT DISNEY CO -> CIK is 0001001039, and contains all other years 10-K Why this company has two different CIK's? is it a bug on SEC or is something that happens often?

The contract data uses the Dun Bradstreet D-U-N-S number, I'd like to know if anyone has any experience linking the the D-U-N-S number to Compustat's GVKEY, or any of the common company IDs: PERMNO, CUSIP, or CIK

Only filings on EDGAR appear to be SC 13G which I'm not overly familiar with past a google OZK - Bank OZK $5B marketcap Yahoo has data EDGAR only lists 13F-HR forms? FRC - First Republic Bank $30B market cap Yahoo again has data EDGAR is a bit confusing on correct CIK, but the most obvious again holds SC 13G forms Any ideas?
