Just bought a 1983 Scrambler and doing some restoration to it I want to get 35's on it but need to add a lift kit I have been told that Skyjacker has the best ride but also should look at Old Man Emu Need some experienced Scramblers with some advice on these lift kits with the softest ride

Could someone tell me exactly where the "CJ8" and "Scrambler" emblems (repros sold on this site) were originally located on the body? Did all Scramblers have these, or just certain years and or trim levels? Mine doesn't have any logos on it Thanks, Craig

OK, last week had a rough night and ended up blowing the fusible link that comes off the solenoid Killed the whole Jeep Went back the next morning and fixed that, and when Jeep fired up I noticed my fuel lines were cracked coming off the filter (stock 1 inlet, 2 outlet) I put new fuel

Anyone have specs on Emblem placement for 1981 Scrambler? I need it for the CJ-8 (above the left tail light), the AMC Jeep (above the right tail light), and 2 Scrambler emblems on the sides of the bed Don't know whether to center the CJ-8 and AMC Jeep ones over the tail light or not Also

Had Alcan 4" on a CJ 5 loved them rode way better than the Scrambler Neither was shackle reverse As for Sway bars I had disconnects on both The Scrambler I unhooked and rehooked a couple of times unhooked and removed the sway bar The CJ 5 unhooked and rehooked a couple of times, hooked them up and never unhooked again as long as I owned it
