I presume the "mycmghere" is the fqdn of the CMG and is resolvable via DNS from internet clients? Do you have any proxy software on your client PC's which may MITM or interfere with SSL 443 traffic egressing entering the client? Have you tried restarting the CMG, as I've seen it before where the CMG appears to be up but clients cannot communicate with it and a restart from the SCCM console (or
