Which one is better for constipation? Right now I am giving LO 2 oz pear juice + 2 oz water twice day to help w her lack of bm's I was just wondering, how effective is the pear compared to prune juice? I wanted to try pear first considering the prune causes cramping when I drink it just wanted to start safe and see how well it worked

Have you tried prune juice? I might go buy all bran today I was on iron but i stopped it because i couldnt handle the constipation but its back with a vengenace now anyway! Ditto what someone said earlier, 1 oz water + 1 oz prune juice, works wonders! Tye has juice but been told to mix 10parts water 1part juice like Alice bump said The one i brought says 4months+ and hes been having it since 3months advised by HV because it really helps with his constipation
