As we know in the late 1970's CNW wanted entry into Wyomings PRB coal fields 1st plan was to rebuild their quot;cowboy line quot; across northern Nebraska to coal train standards, but that was cost prohibitive so they partnered with UP and got trackage rights between South Morrill and Co Bluffs
