COMCARE’s Adult Services serves adults in Kansas ages 18 and older who experience a range of mental health and addiction issues, from less severe conditions to chronic mental illness and co-occurring disorders, including those who are unsheltered in Sedgwick County

The team is a collaborative effort between Sedgwick County and the City of Wichita and is comprised of a Qualified Mental Health Professional, a Law Enforcement Officer and a Paramedic They respond to emergent mental health crisis in the community, identified through the 9-1-1 system and the COMCARE Crisis system
