That's my understanding too, employee is 4% less than x-plan As a Ford supplier I was offered x-plan a few years ago, and one thing that happens also with employee pricing is that this is a Ford program, not dealer, so anything the dealer adds such as better wheels tires, upgraded stereo, undercoating is added onto the employee or x-plan price
