Just say "labs reviewed in CPRS" or similar, or address anything important in the plan Anyone who wants to know can just go through the labs themselves However, there is no way to find out what meds someone was on on any given day, so always put the day's med list in the note (templates -> clinical data -> meds -> current inpatient meds)
