Again, I (now) realize that CarMax isn't listed as a participating dealer in Capital One's network, despite using Capital One, but if my dealership finance app was in fact sent to Capital One, it should have returned the terms already specified with Capital One, correct?

Re: Carmax - pre-qualify a hard pull? It has been a while but a few months ago I had a CapOne Auto Navigator preapproval and the cars at Carmax were 2 points higher on the rate Don't know if this is still the case
