Recently when using carplay I no longer have mobile data from my phone The result of this is basically rendering carplay useless since I can't steam any music nor use maps since we'll, there's no Internet connection Does anyone have any actual solution to this? It worked fine up until recently

i use wireless CarPlay (which is excellent) - when it connects it turns garage lights off, opens electric gates and verbally confirms gate opening and remind me to turn ring alarm on- then there is a geofence automation that closes gets and announces gate closing - reverse when i am coming home

The only way I have known in the past is to jailbreak your phone and there is a tweak to run non-official CarPlay apps It basically lets you select what apps and then shows it on the CarPlay screen as a modified landscape layout
