This is my first brand new boat, and maybe my expectations are off, but I was expecting that a brand new Chaparral 337ssx would have been waxed and detailed (looking shinny and new) and more importantly, everything would be working Is this how Chaparral typically treats customers?Please help with suggestions on what the next steps should be

My 2004 204 SSi has wood stringers I think shortly after that Chaparral move away from wood (for obvious reasons) Keep posting - I look forward to seeng what I might be in for in 10 years!

And of the mfg's I'd consider in the Chaparral tier or above, Chaparral has the best layouts In short, I've narrowed it down to either 210 SSI or 220 SS Although different layouts and hulls, they've both got the room and storage I want in the size range I want, and are at the age where you can still find w less than 200 hours in my price range
