The provider is entitled to apply the 2x60 minute time-cap against the 65 minutes of travel to participant A and the 25 minutes of travel to participant B They are also entitled to claim for the time spent travelling back to their usual place of business as the provider is required to pay the worker for this time and it fits under the 2x60
