They wanted to keep the power rating down in Chevelle (so they just rated what power was at a lower rpm) So there were a lot of difference between the 350 and 375 horse motor than the 25 hp

Pre-web Not sure about Chevelle, but 69 GP (all were disc drum) used two different power disc brake designs or manufacturers I think Delco-Moraine and Kelsey Hayes but there were subtle differences and the books helped me figure out which Not sure that both types used the hold off valve
